Subscription Policy

- ARTICLE 9 – THE SUBSCRIPTION

9.1 The Subscription to the VOLUMELY service is bimonthly (every two months). Subscribing to the Bimonthly Subscription subscribes the subscriber to the service of sending products from the VOLUMELY e-shop until one party decides to terminate this contract. By accepting this offer, the Subscriber accepts a bimonthly debit of an amount defined during the initial order. Thus, as long as the Subscription continues, the Subscriber's renewal will be debited every two months (2) for a bimonthly subscription (every 1st of odd months). These dates can be modified by the Subscriber with Volumely customer service or directly in the “My Account” area.

The Subscriber's order will be processed within 48 hours from the order date. Delivery time depends on the carrier and delivery location.

Any modification request made in the “My Account” area can only be taken into account within 48 hours. If a shipment has already been made or a withdrawal made during these 48 hours, the shipment or withdrawal will not take this request into account.

The Subscriber may terminate his Subscription according to the terms of commitment provided for in the “Unsubscription” article of the General Conditions of Sale.

By subscribing, the Subscriber declares having read the General Conditions of Sale, having understood them and accepting them without reservation, with full knowledge of the facts.

Under Article L. 241-3 of the Consumer Code, when the professional has not made the reimbursement under the conditions provided for in Article L. 215-1 of the Consumer Code, the sums due are subject to interest at the legal rate.

The use of one-off promotional codes on the volumely.fr website does not provide any possibility of a reduction on the subscription.

The information allowing the Subscriber to identify himself, such as the username and password, is personal and confidential. This information may only be modified on the initiative of the Subscriber or the Company, in particular in the event of forgetting the password. The Subscriber is solely responsible for the use of his identification details. He is required to keep them secret. Any disclosure on his part may in no case be blamed on the Company. Any Order made using the Subscriber's username and password is deemed to have been placed by the latter. The Seller may in no case be held liable for damages caused by the disclosure of this personal and confidential data by the Subscriber and therefore the use of this data by a third party. The Company may not, in any event, be held liable for any damage of any nature whatsoever, in particular due to the use of the subscribed services, whether it be damage to reputation, image, or loss of data which could occur due to the use of the services offered by the Company.

- ARTICLE 10 – UNSUBSCRIBE – TERMINATION

Only Customers with a Bimonthly Subscription can unsubscribe. The Customer can terminate their Bimonthly Subscription at any time in their "My Account" space or contact customer service via contact@volumely.fr.

10.1 Bimonthly Subscription:

If the cancellation request occurs after the direct debit, the order is deemed to have been concluded for the period concerned by the debit, the Customer may not demand the cancellation of this order by arguing his cancellation request. The unsubscription is taken into account for the Box following that concerned by the debit.

Example: the direct debit for a bimonthly subscription which takes place on March 1, 2023, and the Customer requests the termination of his subscription on March 7, 2023 or after, his termination will then only be taken into account for the month of May 2023, and he will therefore receive his product(s) in March.

Any cancellation under the above conditions will give rise to reimbursement by VOLUMELY SAS, within thirty (30) days following the date of valid notification.

In the event of unsubscription, a Customer benefiting from a Subscription at a lower price due to their seniority will lose this privilege and will have to pay the new rate in force if they wish to resubscribe.

Unsubscription may also result from the decision of VOLUMELY SAS Company following the terms provided for in the article relating to the deactivation of customer accounts.

- ARTICLE 11 – DEACTIVATION OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In the event of non-compliance with the obligations arising from the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, such as incidents of payment of the price of an order, provision of incorrect information when creating the account or acts likely to harm the interests of the Company VOLUMELY SAS, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to the services offered on the Site or, depending on the seriousness of the acts, to terminate the Subscription and the Customer's account without damages being able to be claimed.

If applicable, VOLUMELY SAS will notify the Customer and inform them of the reason for deactivation of their account.
