Gift cards purchased on the eshop are valid on the volumely site, thanks to the code displayed on the card. Our gift cards cannot be combined with each other, nor with promotional codes and cannot give rise to a refund, even partially, for any reason whatsoever (including theft, loss, damage or expiration).

After purchasing your gift card, 2 emails will be sent to you: a first confirming your order and a second validating the sending by email to the beneficiary containing your personalized message and the gift card.
